What is NIO Rewards?

Where can I find my rewards?

How do discount vouchers work?

Collect enough points to earn discount vouchers to redeem at checkout. 500 points = plant 5 trees. 1,000 points = £10 voucher. 2,000 points = £20 voucher. 3,000 points = £30 voucher. 5,000 points = £50 voucher.

How do I use the slider at checkout?

If you haven’t earned enough points for a voucher yet, you can use the slider to save up to £10 off.

How does refer a friend work?

Share your unique referral code with a friend to give them £10 off their first order over £39. You’ll then get £10 to spend on your next order. You can find this below your ‘active reward’ codes.

When do I receive my points after referring a friend?

To receive the points from your referral, the referred friend must use your code at checkout and meet the minimum spend of £39 per order.

Why haven’t I received my voucher?

Your voucher codes can be found in your active rewards, just click ‘view’ to copy and paste your code to checkout. You can also redeem your voucher through your ‘You’ve Received a NIO Reward’ email we sent to you.

Why can’t I apply my voucher at checkout?

Please note only 1 discount can be applied to an order and each discount has a minimum spend. Please view the voucher in your account for the individual terms and conditions.

How long are my points valid for?

Your points will be available for 2 years.

Why can you only redeem 1,000 points?

This is for a quick reduction on orders and for customers who don't have vouchers to also be able to save. If you have more points available your vouchers can be applied at checkout.

I've Ordered But Not Received My Points

Your points automatically apply to your account 24 hours after your purchase.

Can I change my password?

You can! If you've forgotten or need to update your password, simply select "forgot your password" on the login page and you'll be sent an email to update directly. Any problems, just reach out.
