NIO Rewards Points Expiry - Everything you need to know!Updated a year ago
Introducing an expiry to points earned with NIO Rewards allows us to reinvest the value of unused points in the brand you love by creating new products for you to enjoy, improving the service we provide, and enhancing your experience when choosing a NIO Cocktail as your preferred choice of drink.
What happens to all the points you currently have?
Any points that you have accumulated prior to 1st February 2024 will be active for another 12 months. However, if an order is not placed within 12 months of your last order or account creation, then your points will expire and cannot be used anymore.
When will it start to take effect?
Although the points expiration will be introduced on 1st February 2024, your points will not expire immediately. This change is designed to give you plenty of time to use your points for important events such as birthdays, engagement parties, weddings, and other special occasions with your loved ones.
You will only risk losing your points as of 1st February 2025. There is therefore no need to worry about using up your treasure trove of points. However, we would like to see you back at the bar as soon as possible!

You still have time to spend the rewards points and vouchers you've earned by signing into your NIO Rewards account and placing your first order within 12 months from the date you joined.

If you have provided us with a valid email address, we will send you a timely reminder to let you know that your points are due to expire.
Does this affect the way you earn points?
The answer is no; the way you earn reward points will not change. You can still earn 50 reward points by following us on social media and another 50 reward points by writing a review of our products on our website or our Trustpilot page. Additionally, you will continue to earn 10 reward points for every £1 you spend with us.
