Returns Policy
We aim to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return your order, please note the following:

• Terms: Due to the perishable nature of the cocktails, returns are at our discretion.
• Returns Process: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are charged at a flat rate of £10.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging unless the product has arrived damaged.
• Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team, and once agreed, we’ll guide you through the process. Once we’ve received and inspected the returned items, we’ll process your refund promptly, minus the return fee.
