Refund Policy
We take great care in ensuring your cocktail box arrives in perfect condition. However, if your box or its contents are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt. We may request either the return of the product or photographic evidence of the damage box/ cocktails, and will guide you through the process via email.
If your parcel has not arrived within three (3) days of the expected delivery date, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you with the next steps.
Once we review the documentation, we will notify you of the decision regarding a refund or replacement. If approved, you may receive a replacement for individual cocktails or the entire box at no extra cost, or a full or partial credit or refund of your purchase price. Refunds will be processed promptly and credited back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account again. If it’s still not reflected, please contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have concerns, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
