How do I track my order?Updated a year ago

All shipping methods include a tracked service with all couriers. On the day of delivery, you will receive a delivery window notification via email and / or SMS.


If you are not in at the time of delivery and you haven’t designated a neighbour or safe place (you can designate a preferred neighbour or safe place with the courier directly), the courier will attempt delivery the following working day. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to NIO Cocktails.
