Can I change my delivery address?Updated a year ago
Whilst we cannot guarantee the ability to change an address when your order is confirmed, we will do our very best to intercept our delivery team to edit your order before it is fulfilled. Please contact us as soon as possible with the specific changes required.
Yodel provides the option to change your delivery address if the new address is in the same region. Use the tracking link from your shipping confirmation or the link here to make any changes. Please note any changes to your order requested via the courier could be subject to up to a 5 day delay.
You can request for a parcel to be re-delivered by us however, a delivery charge is required.
